Aside from the use in processing and fulfilling your orders and conducting business with you, all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will never be sold, rented, disclosed or loaned. Shipping Policy
Most stock items are shipped within 2 to 4 days of order placement, F.O.B. Ukiah, California. Custom orders will be delivered based on manufacturing schedules and tooling lead times.

Shipping Carrier of Choice
Sparflex of California uses FedEx as the shipper service of choice because of their excellent customer service, fast and efficient delivery, and affordable rates.

Items ordered with shipping addresses undeliverable by FedEx or with methods of shipment other than by FedEx may incur additional handling fees.

Pricing Policy
All prices, including quantity price breaks, may be subject to change without prior notice. All prices are provided in US dollars. All California state residents will be charged 7.25% sales tax, unless you provide us with your tax ID (reseller number) prior to shipping your order.

Return Policy

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, it is essential that you respond promptly. It is your responsibility as the customer and receiver of the shipment to report any damages to the shipping company (FedEx) at the time it is delivered or as soon afterward as possible, making note of any obvious external damage to the shipping container on the shipping manifest before signing for receipt and following up if damage becomes obvious once you open the shipping container. You must also retain the shipping container and packing material for the shipper’s inspection. Failure to promptly report any damage or loss to the shipping company indicates that you have accepted the shipment as is without further recourse.

Returns
Should products purchased from Sparflex of California not meet your needs or requirements we will accept returns based on the following eligibility. Please note that all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Reimbursement eligibility for returns is as follows:
• Items can only be returned with written authorization from Sparflex of California
• Within 30 days of invoice date: full refund, less any restocking fees
• After 30 days of invoice date: credit only, less any restocking fees
• After 90 days of invoice date: no refunds or returns after 90 days
• Refunds will be given on purchased items only and excludes labor or installation charges, shipping, or any other charges. All items must be returned in their original package, cannot be damaged or have items missing, and must be in original condition. All returned items must be sent freight prepaid. Freight will not be credited and return freight charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Return Procedure
• For all returns, please call 707.462.2963; provide a specific reason for your return, and request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number from Customer Support.
• When packaging your parts for shipping, write the RGA number on the outside packaging in large, easily visible letters, and include a copy of the original invoice in the package.
• Make sure that you return the items in their original packaging and that you reinforce the shipping cartons with sufficient exterior padding, because we are not responsible for products being returned to us that become damaged in return shipment.
