Sales
Our sales office and showroom is located in Napa, California. From this location we provide customer support in the field as well as assisting customers on new project development. With ample warehouse space, storage and staging of custom orders are part of our ongoing customer support.
Manufacturing
Located in the northern California wine region, we added on March 2009 3,000 square feet to our existing 11,000 square feet manufacturing facility in Ukiah, California. Our forming machines include the most advanced high speed single turret capsule forming machines available, new in 2007. Features of our capsule forming equipment include: Integrated Hot Foil Stamping and Embossing on tops and sides, Emboss and inking on tops, and a wide range of tooling sizes and tapers. Our state-of-the-art 8-color American-made rotogravure press is the industry standard for narrow web, short run presses. Our printing capabilities include real time color verification, defect detection and continuous viscosity monitoring. We print on Tin, Aluminum, Polylaminate, PVC and PET substrates. We can deliver highly sophisticated graphics effects in any color you can image.

Sparflex of California is one of the few vertically integrated (printing and forming our own materials) custom capsule manufacturing locations in the United States. With manufacturing facilities in Ukiah, California, we are located in California wine country and ship daily to locations throughout California, Washington and Oregon.
